Para Standing Neuro/Muscular
Definition of class.
Athletes with neurological or neuro-motor disorders, muscle-loss or muscle-deficiency disorders or injuries, or limb-length deficiencies managed without a prosthetic.
All Highland Games rules and regulations apply other than identified permissible adaptations and event weights.
Permissible adaptations.
Splints, straps, or other bracing to support or protect limbs in dynamic movements.
Event weights — Men — Open tier. Required for record eligibility at Field, National, Continental, and World levels.
Caber — approximate equivalent for reference: Women's to Masters Caber, depending on adaptive capability. (No Caber records kept.)
